For all those concerned, since 2003 shooters from the Southern Philippines have been using 22LR's for 200 yard shots . They have more than a handful of shooters in Butuan and Davao already hitting at that distance and having a wealth of experience in doing so. Luckily in the guns show Joel Gatchalian of ARMSCOR introduced me to one of the them. Spent almost two to three hours talking to the fella and he has agreed to become one of our moderators here. Will introduce him when he logs on - as I mentioned he has a whole lot of knowledge to share as he has done it - shooting 200 yards with a 4 inch group. Just got finished chatting with another Butuan rifle shooter - they don't shoot targets at 200 yards - they hit them at 250 yards with ARMSCOR bullets - this is not a paid advertisment for Armsocor mind you. They seem to be the more experienced ones in this game at the moment. mahilig talaga..
